policy, terms & conditions
Copyright:
All copyright is wholly owned and reserved by freshcreative, no
part may be reproduced in whole or part under any circumstance.
Prices:
All prices are subject to change and availability. Formats and designs
may change over time. Prices are in Australian Dollars and include
10% Goods and Services Tax.
Payment:
As each item is set and printed on a per guest basis full payment
must accompany or follow your order.
Refunds:
No refunds will be given after commencement of the stationery series
order, the order is considered final.
Minimum
orders: 30 invite minimums apply. 30 minimum of any event
item ordered, other than table numbers/guest books/table seating
plans. For orders without invitations a minimum initial order of
AUD$150 is required, additional orders may be any amount.
Delivery:
We deliver all finished sets of stationery to you via courier and
a signature will be required. Please endeavour to arrange delivery
to where you will be on the delivery day to ensure you receive your
goods promptly. We cannot courier deliver to PO Boxes, please supply
an alternate address. We are not liable for damage caused by third
parties as we take great care in packaging your set to reach you
in perfect condition.
Deadlines:
Urgent orders may require an additional loading depending on scheduling
and client request. We advise where this may be applicable, contact
us for special requests.

Proofs:
A proof via email or post will be sent when we have received your
payment and we have set your series. Ensure texts submitted are as
final as possible, we allow for up to three levels of proof correction
after you have seen the series layout.
Alterations:
Alterations
to your order may be made until the design layout is approved, once
approved no alterations may be undertaken. Extensive
text or layout alteration (ie. change of theme) may require additional
costing. Signed approval back to us will finalise your series design
and text.
Colours/Finish:
Onscreen colours may appear slightly different from printed
versions and printed colours may slightly vary between orders and
samples. We assure all items to be of the finest quality.
Errors:
If you receive an item that is misprinted compared to what you submitted
to us notify us and it will be reprinted and sent to you at no charge.
Client errors that are signed off through the proofing process are
to be reprinted at the clients expense. It is client responsibility
to check all copy is correct.
Vouchers:
Sample pack vouchers are not redeemable for cash, sample packs,
or items separate from a personalised invite or event series. The
initial order must be over AUD$150 to qualify for use. Vouchers
are not transferable, and only one voucher may be used per couple.
Privacy:
Your personal details and your guest information will not be distributed
to any third party under any circumstance and is considered private
and confidential. After your event date all information submitted
to us will be deleted from our systems.
